Absolutely, we have a selection of draught beers and these can be selected prior to your event to cater for your audience. We also have plenty of fridge space for all our bottled beers and our very own ice making machine.

Yes, SpiritBar has been specifically designed to cater for a whole host of events from weddings and festivals, to non drink based events such as brand activation or green room hire for performance artists 

SpiritBar is based in Hertfordshire

SpiritBar is available for hire throughout the UK. As well as our hire fee we charge an additional £1.50p per mile to cover travel costs. 

We'll work with you to design your perfect bar menu, create an alcohol shopping list appropriate for your party size, recommend wines, beers, and spirits, mix and serve fabulous cocktails. We take care of everything: all of the logistics related to the alcohol, dry goods, ice, non alcoholic beverage components like mixers and garnishes, licensed and certified bar staff, all necessary insurances to industry standard, plus of course rental of the Airstream bar itself

The hire of SpiritBar comes with full public liability insurance. 

Like all mobile services we require flat ground and clear access (no steps, trails or extremely steep hills). For outdoor events where adequate power is not available, we can provide a generator for an additional fee. If you're not sure if can work with your location, we are happy to discuss during our consultation phase and troubleshoot any potential issues.

We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining payment is due 14 days prior to the event date.

You'll receive a full refund if you cancel more than 8 weeks prior to the event date and a 50% refund if you cancel less than 8 weeks but more than 30 days from the event. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will not be refunded.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds outside of our normal refund policy (above) due to incremental weather. We recommend arranging for tent/marquee cover at your event if there is the possibility of poor weather. 

Our vintage Airstream is 29 ft long, 8.5 feet wide and 9.5 feet height. We require a smooth, firm, flat & level surface with clear access to be able to safely park and serve your guests.
